I began contemplating
a journey to Greenland back in 2008. Even though I have not been
able to get there yet, I have dedicated YourSidekick.us
to my my delayed Greenland adventure.
I have collected
some pictures and information I want to share with you.
This is a
picture of Nuuk, the capital of Greenland. If you click on the

One of my
favorite web sites tells all about the Greenland Summit Camp.
It is literally the coolest site I have ever seen [http://www.summitcamp.org/].
At last check, the temp at the summit was -29.0 C [-20.2 F] with
the wind 8 kts per hour out of the NNW! When you check out my
pictures, you will see a 'Day and Night' picture taken by the
site's Webcam. When you have the time, you will find some incredible

The images are refreshed every 10 minutes. . . .
